By submitting this form, you are authorizing the Black Hills Energy Arkansas Home Energy Savings Pathway to release the last 12 months of billed usage and dollars billed for the account listed above to the BHEA Participating Contractor selected or a BHEA Participating Contractor assigned to you by the BHEA Home Energy Savings Pathway.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the BHEA Home Energy Savings Pathway NO-COST professional in-home energy assessment, the home must:

Have a valid BHEA residential account (new homes under a year old are not eligible)

Be at least 10 years old OR have monthly usage (as shown on the bill) of five cents per square foot or higher (see equation below)

Have had continuous gas service for the previous 12 months (If less than 12 months, contact us at the number listed below.)

Not have participated in a weatherization program offered either through a utility or the government in the past five years

Be corrected for any health and safety issues we may discover upon initial inspection
