Rebate Program Requirements

Application must be completely filled out with purchaser information, equipment information (including brand, complete model number, serial number, installation date and AFUE rating) and dealer and installer information.

Black Hills Energy Arkansas is unable to accept applications that do not include all this information. A copy of the dated invoice or sales receipt must accompany completed rebate application and must include the brand, price, purchaser and complete model and serial number. It is the responsibility of the dealer and purchaser to ensure that the installed equipment qualifies for the rebate. If it does not qualify, no rebate will be paid.**

Black Hills Energy Arkansas reserves the right to inspect the installed equipment. Rebate qualifications and amounts are subject to change. The rebate application form and supporting documentation must be submitted within 90 days of installation and postmarked by December 31, 2024. To avoid delays in rebate processing, please submit your completed paperwork as soon as possible. Rebates are awarded on a first-come first-served basis until funds are depleted.

This program ends December 31, 2024, or when funds are depleted.

**All installers must submit a copy of a completed W-9 to Black Hills Energy Arkansas Rebate Program in order to be paid. If you have questions about how to submit a W-9, please call 479-431-6228 or email Lucy Dollar at [email protected]
